Last night we went to dinner with Bryce and Renee. After dinner and the pet shop we headed over to the DI to look for some pots and pans for our toy. Everything was so crappy! We decided to buy new pots for the house and put our old ones in the toy. I am one of those people that NEVER find anything at the DI. Yesterday was my lucky day! Look What I found for Whitney.

Isn't he HOT? Whitney loves him and has named him Jorge (Hor-hey). She needs to get back to her roots and I thought this would help. You should have seen the looks I got from some of the people while I was carrying it around the store. It was an odd look like I had no right as a white woman to have this doll, but Whitney has a right to it! I am glad that Whitney shares my humor!
If you know me you know I HATE clutter especially on my kitchen counters. Ivan put this stuff on the counter over 2 weeks ago. He promised they would only be on the counter for 1 day tops. ARRRGG!!!

We have to have Strawberries for Carter. He is OBSESSED with t hem!
After a few days Ivan did take these down, but I had to ask. So my goal for today is to put this stuff away on my own. Do you think I can handle it? One problem, if I put it away Ivan will never find it.
Look at this sweetie! She just climbed up the couch and grabbed my computer for some attention. I had to grab the camera.

Then I had to do a video becuase she was so cute saying "cheese". Notice that when pretneds to call Grandma Kemple she says "hello". I love this age!

Kemple's Christmas 1977

This is a photo of me with my brothers Kevin, Kraig, Kurtis and John. It was so much fun having older brothers! Having teenager brother's was a blast. Especially when all of Kurtis's girlfriends would spoil me (he was a player).

Let go of me lucky charms...

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! This is not a holiday that I get too excited about. This year I woke up and decided it wouldn't kill me to make things special for the kids. They are only kids once Right? Right? Right? Right? (I love you Ivan).

Janika took one look at these pancakes and said, "A leprechaun has turned our food green". It wasn't my intention to deceive her, but it was so cute and she was so excited that I had to go along with it.
I put a drop of food coloring into the glasses so that when I poured the milk it turned from White to green. This got Carter very excited. Janika thinks it is pure magic. She tried pouring her own glass after school and was wondering why it didn't work for her (hehe).

Look at the cute things the kids made at school!

We went to Dick's (I hate that word and am so thankful my Dad goes by Richard now) for some cupcakes.

I had to put this photo of Whitney on because she gets all emotional if I leave her out of a post. Isn't she beautiful?

U Can't Create!

My friend Kerrie has a darling blog called U Create. Click on it and check it out. She has some amazing things like darling cakes that are very easy for most people. See the cute Dinosaur that Janika and I made last night.

Are you laughing yet? Whitney took one look at it and laughed for about a hour. It was so offensive that I wouldn't let her eat a piece. Laughing so hard she said "Are you going to put this on you blog?". When I said yes she laughed so hard she couldn't breath.

The Lord has blessed me with many talents, but anything to do with decorating is not one of them.

Guess what we made along with that funny looking dinosaur cake? Memories! Janika seriously thought that it was the cutest cake ever (she put most of the candy on).

Carter was so excited he ate the leg for breakfast!
The baby liked it too!

This is what the cake was suppose to look like. Now you see why Whitney was laughing. Ivan is such a smart man, he kept his mouth shut. He was trying so hard not to laugh his lips were turning white trying the keep them closed. I appreciate that!

Whitney, this ones for you (even though you are too young to know who this is).

KISS MY GRITS!!!

Janika's Field Trip

I attended Janika's field trip on Thursday. We went to Albertson's and then to the Library. Everything went really well at Albertson's minus Carter's strange behaviors and Morgan wanting to run around.

Janika trying organic milk
Carter being Carter. He was obsessed with this stick that we got from Krispy Kreme the other day. He is lacking in social skills and thought waving the stick in other kids faces would be a nice hello. He carried it around for a few days before it magically disappeared. (wonder what happened to it?)LOL!
They let the kids go into the freezer.
Janika grabbing a slice of wheat bread while Carter drools over the birthday cakes.
Janika listening to the librarian. See the cute kid picking his nose.
This is where I spent 99.9% of the time at the library. OUTSIDE! The library is no place for An autistic 4 year old and a 15 month old. I learned this the hard way

Carter and Morgan had a blast playing on this bench. It was a long hour waiting for the field trip to get over. After we went to McDonald's for happy meals and a much needed coke for Mommy.
